Twice as much electricity will soon be transmitted in Helsinki
Fingrid, Helen Electricity Network, and the City of Helsinki are working closely together, as the need for
electricity transmission in Helsinki is expected to double in the next few years. The upcoming new 400-kilovolt cable link will contribute to the green transition and the realisation of the Western Boulevard City.
