Turvapuisto – an occupational safety training park – was opened in Kuopio at the end of August. The park is designed as a practical training environment for organisations. Other safety training parks are located in Espoo and Oulu.

Development of procurement chain management is a part of responsible corporate operations and its impacts can be seen locally and globally. Fingrid’s asset management day held early in the summer demonstrated that responsibility does not just happen – the contractor has to be active.
JYVSECTEC, operating at the JAMK University of Applied Sciences in Jyväskylä, has developed a realistic training environment where industry operators can train to prevent cyber attacks. Fingrid and Elenia piloted the training environment in the beginning of the year.
